I stared my career as a freelance webdeveloper for various companies, small and large. In the past five years my interests have shifted towards coaching, strategy and organisational challenges. I have grown towards a role as team lead and have become responsible for the delivery management of projects within Incentro.

My personality is best described as someone with a stong opinion but also prone to the best argument. I enjoy being disruptive and I dislike sacred cows. Also known to be cheeky from time to time. I think being happy in your job is one of the most important motivators. A happy team is an effective team.

During my career I have developed myself full stack. I am skilled in PHP, Python, Javascript, React, Vue, Nuxt, Sass, pre-prosessors and Webpack. I have also worked Agile in both Scrum and Kanban and I am experienced in GIT versioning.

My ambition for the next five years is to work on a beautiful product in a determining role. I am in need of a challenge in which I can inspire and coach people to become better versions of themselves and where I can think about strategy, delivery and organisational challenges.
